Job Description
We need someone with experience in online marketing to help us plan, run, and make our internet marketing better. Marketing stuff online is tricky, but it’s really important for us.
We want someone who likes marketing and using social media. They should be good at coming up with ideas for online marketing. They should also be good with technology and have smart ideas to make our marketing even better
Responsibilities
- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn etc.)
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google Ad manager, Facebook Ad Manager etc. to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the business.
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
- Provide creative and innovative ideas for content marketing, social media and updating website.
- Collaborate with designer to improve user experience
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sprout social etc.)
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
- Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
- Preparing monthly reports and campaign presentations.
- Periodically assisting in admin related duties.
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Experience with B2C social media, Google Ad manager and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
- Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Web Trends etc.)
- Skills and experience in creative content writing.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelors in marketing, media or relevant field
- Well-versed with Microsoft word, Power Point, excel etc.
